Bought in 2013 by a Chinese group, the Isle-Adam golf course is undergoing a new development that was supposed to make it a high-quality resort in the north-west of Paris. A strong sign of the policy put in place for the opening of a 4-star hotel imagined by Jean-Michel Wilmotte who had already designed the clubhouse in a renovated 18th century farmhouse.
