It is a 16,200 square meter mixed-use program that dictates the shape of the building: shops and a café at the foot of the building, offices on the upper floors, a 109-room hotel in a compact mini-loft equipped with a kitchenette and a mezzanine bed hidden by screens and a retractable staircase.
